“To be the best, you must be able to handle the worst.”

I like this motivational quote as it made me think of the talented engineers that I speak to regularly.  The best engineers will often tell me that they love solving problems and the day to day challenges they regularly confront in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The best engineers strive to“handle the worst” by troubleshooting and coming up with creative solutions to their day to day manufacturing issues “to become the best.”
