Product Development Leadership “All-Star” #42607

“The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge, but rather a lack of will.”  Vince Lombardi

I’m not a Green Bay Packers fan but agree with Vince.  It’s the little things that make a difference between a successful person whether an athlete or an engineer.

This week, I am highlighting a Product Development Engineering “All-Star” candidate who has an extensive background and experience leading new product development projects and teams.  This Product Development Engineering “All-Star” exhibited these intangibles that helped him rise through the ranks of a Fortune 100 company starting an individual contributor working as a design engineer to engineering manager with responsibility for an 18 person, multi-site team.

During his tenure with this global corporation, this “successful engineer” was responsible for improving the R&D/product development process, was tasked with supplier improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, and for identifying a product line road map strategy.  Through strength, knowledge, and will, this Product Development Engineering “All-Star” made numerous revenue generating, cost reduction and product line enhancement contributions over an 18 year period.

As 2020 winds down, this Product Development Engineering “All-Star” is now on the market and hunting for that next opportunity where he can help a manufacturing organization become more successful in a product development context.  He has the strength, knowledge, and will and is ready to build upon his previous experiences to be a successful engineering leader in that next role.

At M-Works Search, we work to identify the best engineering and manufacturing professionals for our clients.  Please email or call me at 312.226.4916 to discuss how this engineering “All-Star” can help make your product development process a success as well.

Best Regards,
Cliff
