Plant Management Engineering “All-Star” Candidate #50667
“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.” Colin Powell
This Colin Powell quote highlights what it means to be a plant management “All-Star.” To be successful in any manufacturing management role, you need to be prepared, work hard and learn from operations failures to get the “right” product, manufactured at the “right” price, and out the shipping dock door in a timely basis.
Our plant management “All-Star” has built his career and grown from a continuous improvement professional where he implemented demand flow Kan Ban systems in his first plant to increase productivity and output. In recent years, he’s re-engineered manufacturing floor layouts to incorporate new product lines to expand production levels in metal stamping, fabricating, paint and assembly settings.
This plant management “All-Star” is now starting to explore new operations leadership opportunities in anticipation of a facility closure this fall. He’s ready to build on his operations leadership experiences in metal fabrication and assembly in a new manufacturing organization.
Please call 312.226.4916 or email to discuss how this Plant Management “All-Star” could impact your facility’s operational metrics as he’s done in previous roles or if you have any other staffing needs that we can be of help with.
Best Regards,
Cliff
