I agree with Andrew that there is always room at the top or an opportunity to succeed in every pursuit.  Hard work, persistence, and focus often open the door to success regardless of your “branch of human labor.”This week, we’re highlighting a manufacturing accounting “All-Star” who has leadership experience in general accounting and financial control capacities within manufacturing organizations.  Few companies can be successful without having the right accounting and financial systems and controls in place.  That’s where this accounting “All-Star” comes in.  She has experience integrating multi-site manufacturing systems into centralized systems.  She’s also experienced doing budgeting as well as the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
