Mechanical Project Engineering “All-Star” #60102

“Control your own destiny or someone else will.”–Jack Welch

I agree with Jack Welch that if you’re not controlling your own destiny, someone else will.  I learned the hard way back in 2010 before starting M-Works Search.

This week, I’m highlighting an engineering “All-Star” who is currently in transition.  He decided to take his career to the next level after his position was eliminated in the middle of the pandemic in 2020.  He decided to control his own destiny by taking advantage of his employment situation to build on his experience and interests by completing a Master’s degree in Product Development in Germany.

He enjoyed his “hands on” manufacturing engineering experience that he gained in a precision machining environment and is now ready to combine his knew found knowledge in advanced manufacturing technologies and product development in a new engineering capacity.  He is starting to pursue new roles in automation engineering or R&D engineering roles.  He expects that his manufacturing engineering experience combined with his product development training will help him be successful in his next role.

Do you have any automation engineering or product development needs where this engineering “All-Star” could contribute to and make an impact on your team and organization as we finish 2021?  Please give me a call at 312.226.4916 to discuss or if you have any other staffing needs that we can be of help with.

Best Regards,

Cliff
