Chemical Process and Maintenance Engineering “All-Star” Candidates
“Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” Will Rogers
In other words, if you’re not moving forward, you’re moving backwards while you’re getting run over. I picked this quote from Will Rogers for this week because it speaks to the Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement. Whether in product or process design or manufacturing operations, there’s always a “what’s next” mentality in manufacturing. So move forward or risk getting run over.
The “All-Stars” that I’m highlighting this week aren’t continuous improvement engineers. Yet, given their background, they may be able to help you and your manufacturing organization move forward in the areas of process development or maintenance engineering.
Our first “All-Star” has a process engineering background with extensive experience doing custom chemical process development for clients in chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries. Our second “All-Star” has extensive hands on experience commissioning and troubleshooting custom machinery and systems used in automotive assembly applications.
Whether you have a need on the “front end” in process engineering/development or on the “back end” in maintenance/reliability engineering, these “All-Stars” may be able to help keep your organization on that “right track.” Our “All-Stars” aren’t just sitting there waiting to get run over but are exploring new career opportunities where they can help a manufacturer move forward.
Could your manufacturing team benefit from either new “front end” or “back end” engineering “All-Star” help? Please call 312.226.4916 to schedule a time to discuss before these engineers are “off market” or if you have any other staffing needs we can be of help with.
